Because hand painting on fabric is a slow and deeply intentional process, we ask for patience and we promise it's worth the wait.

•	Heavy bridal or intricate wedding ensembles: 4–6 weeks
We strongly recommend placing your order well ahead of your event date, especially for weddings and festive occasions.

Do you offer unstitched fabrics or tailoring services?

Both! You can purchase our hand-painted fabric unstitched and have it tailored locally, or let us handle it. We offer professional boutique tailoring custom-fit designer blouses, lehenga skirts, and more based on the measurements you share with us.

No, they're not pre-worn celebrity garments. What fabrics do you use for hand painting and embroidery?

Only the best. Our hand-painted and hand-embroidered pieces are crafted on pure silk, premium organza, fluid georgette, authentic tussar silk, and breathable premium cotton fabrics chosen to drape beautifully and carry artwork for a lifetime.

No. We use specialized textile mediums that are permanently heat-set into the fabric fibres. With proper care, the colours stay vibrant and rich not just for years, but for generations.

How do I care for my hand-painted garment?

Accepted Answer

A little care goes a long way in preserving your wearable art:
•	Dry clean only : especially for silk and organza pieces
•	Iron in reverse : always iron on the back of the fabric on low-to-medium heat, with a cotton cloth between the iron and the garment. Never iron directly over painted designs
•	Store mindfully : wrap in breathable muslin cloth and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

How do I care for a garment that has both hand painting and hand embroidery?

Combined pieces need a little extra love. Along with the standard care guidelines above, embroidered garments should:
•	Never be wrung or machine washed always dry clean only
•	Be stored flat or loosely rolled in muslin cloth to protect the raised threadwork
•	Be ironed only on the reverse, with a soft cotton cloth as a buffer never press directly on embroidered areas

Because every piece is a unique, made-to-order work of art hand-painted and/or hand-embroidered specifically for you we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page with a clear unboxing video, and we'll make it right immediately.
