Return & Exchange Policy

At Design Dhaga, every product is handcrafted with precision, creativity, and care. Due to the unique nature of our work—featuring custom hand-painted fabrics, personalized designs, and made-to-order creations—we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.

Please review our policy details below before completing your purchase:

• 1. No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the rare case of severe damage sustained during transit.

• 2. Custom & Hand-Painted Variations: All our clothing items are individual pieces of art handcrafted and personalized per customer requirements. Slight variations in color, brush texture, or design layout are a natural part of the hand-painting process and are not considered manufacturing defects. Consequently, returns for these organic variations will not be accepted.

• 3. Damage During Delivery: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video, so we can promptly assist you.
